Hello, Albuquerque! We’re absolutely thrilled (and a little starstruck) to say: LURE is officially open in Nob Hill, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome you.
For months, we’ve been dreaming of a place where the sea’s finest can shine—right here in the high-desert heart of our city. Today, that dream is a reality. From daily-flown oysters, both Atlantic and Pacific, to our rotating small-plates that honor the season’s best produce—from coastline to cornfields—we’re pouring everything into excellent tastes and bold experience.
We built LURE to be more than just a place to eat. We wanted a space bursting with energy and flavor—fresh, sustainably sourced seafood served with a dash of big-city flair, just what Albuquerque has been missing.
To the community that’s already shown us so much support: thank you. Your enthusiasm means the world to us. We can’t wait to welcome you, raise a shell, and share this journey. Come see us! The oysters are waiting (and so are we).
